	-Include the funcitonality of the TLX5 C+L Band Tunable Laser.

	-Correct Thumb Slider movement to only send W/L update on release of mouse. Make Thumb non-focusable so that it is not affected by keyboard action.
	-Only send W/L update on release of '+'/'-' keys. If the increase/decrease timer is running the key is being held down.

	Added more exception capture and logging to Log file. Moved log file to typical App Data folder.
